Janet Arnold has litigated cases in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels. Her areas of experience have included personal injury defense, insurance defense, defense against medical negligence claims, products liability defense, antitrust, and both prosecution and defense of civil claims under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act. Before relocating to the Jackson area to associate with CCT&B, she practiced in Oxford, Mississippi, and formerly served as an adjunct professor at the University of Mississippi School of Law, teaching Appellate Advocacy.
