Mr. Blalack attended Delta State University where he earned a Bachelor in Business Administration.  Following completion of his undergraduate study, Mr. Blalack went on to earn a Masters in Business Administration from Delta State University as well.  He later attended the University of Mississippi School of Law where he graduated cum laude in May of 2008.

Mr. Blalack’s practice primarily focuses on healthcare law, including such areas as:  Certificate of Need law, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement matters, fraud and abuse issues, licensure and certification issues, and transactions involving the buying and selling of various healthcare entities.
