Bio
Mr. Daly has a wide variety of practice which includes products liability, oil and gas law and litigation, construction law and litigation and healthcare law. In having such a diverse area of practice, he has represented clients in matters involving well blow-outs, faulty design and building construction, and various healthcare matters including fraud and abuse, Medicare and Medicaid payment, CON laws, licensure and certification, and state and federal healthcare surveys. In addition to representing his clientele, Mr. Daly has also served on the Mississippi Bar’s Child Advocacy Committee and is an active member of Crossgates Baptist Church in Brandon.
