John Geary focuses his practice in commercial law, with a particular emphasis on oil and gas law. He advises clients in matters of business formation and corporate law, and represents clients in commercial disputes and litigation. He has experience in complex commercial litigation and arbitration. In addition to the clients in the oil and gas industry, he has represented clients in agriculture, technology, healthcare, financial services and the security industry.
Mr. Geary is a native of Jackson, Mississippi. He holds an undergraduate degree in English from Vanderbilt University, and masters degrees in psychology and divinity studies from Fuller Theological Seminary. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Mississippi School of Law. He is admitted to practice in all federal and state courts in Mississippi.
