Barry Hassell represents major corporations as well as multiple insurance companies providing expertise in the areas of general insurance defense litigation, mass tort litigation, bad faith litigation, products liability, premises liability, personal injury/wrongful death defense and insurance coverage disputes. He also handles many Chancery Court matters including minor settlements and trespass actions. He has served as special counsel for the Mississippi Board of Bar Admissions and argued before the Mississippi Supreme Court. He currently serves on the Recruiting Committee for Copeland, Cook, Taylor & Bush, and he also serves as the USLAW Young Lawyer Liaison for CCTB.   Barry is actively involved in charity fundraising for the Madison County Bar Association, where he serves as Chairman of the Annual Charity Golf Tournament.
