As a Legislative Assistant and Lobbyist in Washington, DC, Mr. Kolb worked on a wide range of healthcare issues, including the Labor/HHS budget and appropriations, uncompensated care, antitrust, Medicaid, Medicaid reform, Medicare, prescription drug coverage, FDA regulation, PDUFA, DSH, FMAP, 340B program, FQCHCs, rural health, critical access hospitals, HIPAA, behavioral health, public health, bioterrorism, the national Small Pox vaccination program, West Nile and long-term care. He now advises clients on a wide variety of healthcare issues, including government relations, antitrust, Medicare fraud and abuse, physician and hospital licensure, business organizations, corporate finance, securities regulations, mergers and acquisitions, administrative law, tax, business planning, insurance and ERISA.
