Bio

Andy Lowry came to CCTB from the Mississippi Supreme Court, where he was a law clerk for the Honorable Kay B. Cobb. During law school, Andy also had the privilege of interning with the Honorable William H. Barbour, Jr. of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi.

At CCTB, his work has included certificate of need matters, Medicare and Medicaid appeals, Title VII defense, general appellate practice, business litigation, and defense against claims of medical malpractice.
