Bio
Jim Moore has tried cases in the State and Federal courts in Mississippi since 1981. His practice centers primarily on defense of personal injury claims arising out of motor carrier and auto accidents, general insurance coverage and property claims, and bad faith defense. Mr. Moore is admitted to practice before all Mississippi State courts, Federal District courts, and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Moore speaks frequently at seminars on Insurance law, General Litigation, Transportation and Property claims. He is the Past President of the Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association. He is also a member and past President of the Madison County Bar Association, member of the Defense Research Institute and the Mississippi and Atlanta Claims Associations.

B.S. degree in Marketing; Mississippi State University - 1978;
J.D., University of Mississippi School of Law - 1981; Law School Senate; Moot Court Board; Vice Magister of Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity.
