Jesse S. New was born in Jackson, MS on September 6, 1979. He graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with an emphasis in International Business. Mr. New attended Mississippi College School of Law and received his Juris Doctor in May of 2006.

Mr. New practices in the areas of oil and gas, environmental and property law. He is admitted to practice before all Mississippi state courts, federal district courts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Mr. New is a member of the Mississippi Bar Association, American Bar Association, Madison County Bar Association and Jackson Young Lawyers Association.
