Bio Jeff Skelton has practiced almost exclusively in the area of workers’ compensation. He has tried over 75 cases to a conclusion and has appeared before the Mississippi Workers’ Compensation Commission on numerous occasions for oral argument on appeals from the administrative judge. He has also argued workers’ compensation cases before the Mississippi Court of Appeals and Mississippi Supreme Court. Skelton frequently speaks at seminars about issues involving Mississippi workers` compensation.
