Mr. Stewart has represented a number of insurance companies and their insureds in both state and federal courts in Mississippi and Louisiana, involving the defense of claims arising from personal injury, wrongful death, construction defects, and exposure to asbestos. Mr. Stewart also has experience in estate and domestic matters, and has trial experience in both the Circuit and Chancery Courts in Mississippi.
