Wade Sweat is a shareholder in the firm and practices in the firm`s general litigation section with a primary focus on insurance related matters. Wade has extensive experience handling bad faith claims against insurers; insurance coverage, contract and claims handling issues; personal injury, product liability, and premises liability defense. Wade is a graduate of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy.
Wade is admitted to practice before all Mississippi state courts, federal district courts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
