Andy Lowry came to CCTB from the Mississippi Supreme Court, where he was a law clerk for the Honorable Kay B. Cobb. Mr. Lowry also had the privilege of interning with the Honorable William H. Barbour, Jr. of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi.
At CCTB, he has assisted with appellate work in healthcare law as well as in other areas. Mr. Lowry also has worked on administrative appeals to tribunals under the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, as well as practicing in general healthcare litigation.
