Tucker Mitchell has a practice consisting primarily of personal injury defense, products liability, bad faith defense and insurance coverage opinions. He has extensive trial experience, having tried more than eighty jury trials, primarily personal injury, wrongful death and direct action cases in state and federal courts in Mississippi.
Mr. Mitchell speaks frequently at seminars on trial and insurance topics and has been selected as one of The Best Lawyers in America in the specialty of Insurance Law and as a member of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel. He is also a member of the Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association, Defense Research Institute, Atlanta Claims Association, Mississippi Claims Association and Hinds and Madison County Bar Associations.
