Jim Moore has tried cases in the state and federal courts in Mississippi since 1981. His practice centers on federal litigation, primary personal injury defense, insurance coverage opinions, product liability, fire, fraud and property claims, bad faith defense, and auto and motor carrier accidents. Mr. Moore is admitted to practice before all Mississippi state courts, federal district courts, and the United States Firth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Moore speaks frequently at seminars on insurance law and general litigation and is a current board member and past chairman of the Insurance Law Section of the Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association. He is also a member of the Hinds and Madison County Bar Associations, Defense Research Institute, Mississippi Association of Arson Investigators, International Association of Arson Investigators, Mississippi Claims Association, and Atlanta Association.
