Leslie Bounds received her B.S. degree in Accounting from Mississippi University for Women in 1989 followed by a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1991. Ms. Bounds is a Certified Public Accountant and practiced in the Jackson area for eleven years. She earned her J.D. cum laude in 2005 from the Mississippi College School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Bounds served as Managing Editor for the Mississippi College Law Review. Ms. Bounds then attended New York University where she earned a LL.M. in Taxation.
She is a member of the Mississippi Bar Association and is licensed to practice law in Mississippi. |
