Ms. Partridge’s practice primarily focuses on corporate insurance law and state insurance regulatory representation. Ms. Partridge has represented insurance companies, managed care organizations and other parties in regard to company formation and admission to do business in the state of Mississippi, as well as handling acquisitions, mergers and redomestications of insurance companies. Ms. Partridge has also served as Counsel to the Receiver of numerous health maintenance organizations and property and casualty insurance companies, assisting in the preparation and execution of rehabilitation and liquidation plans.
