Mrs. McCullough practices in the firm’s general litigation section where her practice is concentrated in the areas of insurance/“bad faith” defense, insurance coverage, products liability, personal injury and wrongful death defense, fire cause and origin investigation, and fraud claims. She is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Mississippi. Mrs. McCullough has written and presented Continuing Legal Education courses on a variety of topics, including the use of the Internet for conducting legal research, limiting recovery of tort damages by a Medicaid recipient, preparing for and defending automobile accident cases, advanced discovery training for paralegals, defending mold-related claims, and addressing coverage issues arising in the context of mold damage claims as well as insurance coverage issues arising in the context of homeowner and commercial general liability policies.

Rhonda McCullough was born on March 30, 1969, in Grenada, Mississippi. She graduated from Grenada High School in 1987 and attended the University of Southern Mississippi, graduating in 1991 with honors with a Bachelor of Science in elementary education. Before attending law school, Mrs. McCullough taught at the Grenada Junior High School and at Kirk Academy in Grenada, Mississippi. She is a member of the Greenwood Primitive Baptist Church where she attends with her husband, Shaine, and with her sons, Connor and Ian.
