Sam Goza was born on April 17, 1963 in Canton, Mississippi. He graduated from Mississippi State University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance. He attended the University of Mississippi School of Law where he earned a Juris Doctor degree in 1994. While at the University of Mississippi, Mr. Goza served on the staff of the Mississippi Law Journal.

Mr. Goza has a wide practice area which includes both residential and commercial real estate transactions along with corporate law, general business law, estate planning and probate, bankruptcy, collections and general litigation. Mr. Goza has extensive litigation experience in the Chancery Courts of Mississippi.

He is admitted to practice before all Mississippi state courts, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Mississippi Bar Association.
