Mr. Brown’s vast experience in accounting, law, tax law, business and finance are invaluable in serving the needs of the firm’s clients. Mr. Brown’s accomplishments include:
Advising closely-held businesses and their owners in wealth creation and wealth preservation strategies, including business acquisitions and divestitures (spin-offs, split-ups, etc.), executive compensation programs, business succession plans and estate plans.
Assisting clients with the development of detailed strategic business plans in both growth and turnaround situations. Negotiating private, public and governmental financing to enable rapid growth of businesses.
Negotiating favorable settlements of multimillion dollar insurance and tax claims.
Performing due diligence related to business acquisitions.
Mr. Brown also holds the professional designations of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP). He has been a frequent speaker and seminar lecturer on various tax and estate planning topics. |
